Ms. Lopez is an experienced litigator, working primarily with creditors’ rights. After years of working in litigation, Ms. Lopez has eagerly moved onto work in Estate Planning and Elder Law. Ms. Lopez is passionate about helping clients achieve their estate planning goals. Ms. Lopez cares deeply about her work and takes the time to meticulously review all her matters.
Neyci Lopez earned her law degree from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University. Ms. Lopez has been admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association and Queens County Bar Association. As a member of the Queens Bar Association, Ms. Lopez is part of the Surrogate’s Court, Estates & Trusts Committee, Elder Law Committee and Young Lawyers Committee.
Ms. Lopez immigrated to New York from Ecuador at a very young age, and her fluency in English and Spanish have allowed her success throughout her career. Outside of the firm, Ms. Lopez enjoys watching a Broadway musical or cuddling with her cat and reading Agatha Christie novels.
